Gets the wireless frequency band of the WiFi Mobile Hotspot.

Band wclMobileHotspotBand: If the function completed with success on output containt a wclMobileHotspotBand constant, specifying the current frequency band.

Int32
If the function succeed the return value is WCL_E_SUCCESS. Otherwise the method returns one of the WCL error codes.

This feature is supported on Windows 10 2004 abd above.
