Closes the Mobile Hotspot API and uninitializes the component.

If the function succeed the return value is WCL_E_SUCCESS. Otherwise the method returns one of the WCL error codes.

Remarks

The method does not change current Mobile Hotspot state. The method simple releases the Mobile Hotspot API.
