Client wclServerClientConnection: A wclServerClientConnection represents a remote connected client.
Error Int32: The connection operation result code. If the parameter's value is WCL_E_SUCCESS a connection to a remote device was established and a remote device is connected. Otherwise a connection was not established and a remote device is not connected.
