Sends a notification to the main thread to create and init new client connection.

Parameters

Params wclConnectionParams: An optional pointer to a hardware-dependent data contains information about client connection request.

Return Value

Int32
If the method completed with success the return value is WCL_E_SUCCESS. Otherwise the method returns one of the WCL error codes.

Remarks

The HalListen method must call this method to create and initialize a new client connection. If the method failed the HalListen must reject connection.
