Creates new directory.

Parameters

Name String: A directory name.

Return Value

Int32
If the method completed with success the return value is WCL_E_SUCCESS. Otherwise the method returns one of the WCL error codes.

Remarks

When the operation completed the OnMakeDirComplete event is called. If the operation completed with success the current directory is changed to the just created directory.
