Changes a current directory to the child directory.

Name String: The child directory name. Use ".." to go one level up. Use empty name to go to the root directory.

Int32
If the method completed with success the return value is WCL_E_SUCCESS. Otherwise the method returns one of the WCL error codes.

Remarks

When the operation completed the OnChangeDirComplete event is called.
