Return Value

Int32
If the method completed with success the return value is WCL_E_SUCCESS. Otherwise the method returns one of the WCL error codes.
Remarks

The method is called only if a connection to a remote device was established with success.

The method will not be called if the connection to a remote device was terminated in the middle of the HalConnect method.
