Parameters

Descriptor wclGattDescriptor: A wclGattDescriptor obtained by previous call to the ReadDescriptors method.
Value wclGattDescriptorValue: A descriptor's value.
Protection wclGattProtectionLevel (Optional): Describes the required protection level.
