TwclWiFiAcmConnectionEventData.Reason Field
The reason for an operation failure. This field has a value
of wclErrors.WCL_E_SUCCESS for all connection-related
events except OnAcmConnectionComplete. If the connection fails,
this field indicates the reason for the failure.
