Reads the interface's radio states for each supported PHY.

Parameters

States  wclWiFiPhyRadioState
The array of radios states.

Return Value

Int32
If the function succeed the return value is WCL_E_SUCCESS. Otherwise the method returns one of the WCL error codes.
Remarks
The caller is responsible for clear memory allocated for the States dynamic array.
