Raw Byte: The WiFi frame IE raw bytes array.
Elements wclWiFiInformationElement: If the method completed with success and at least one IE was found on output contains the array of IEs. If the method was success but no one IE found or if the method failed the output value is null.

Int32
If the function succeed the return value is WCL_E_SUCCESS. Otherwise the method returns one of the WCL error codes.
