Bss wclWiFiBss: The WiFi BSS data.
Messages ListwclDriMessage: If the method completed with success on output contains the DRI messages list. An application is responsible to free the returned list. If no one DRI message found the returning value is the empty list.

Int32
If the function succeed the return value is WCL_E_SUCCESS. Otherwise the method returns one of the WCL error codes.
