Checks if the network has internet connectivity.

Connected Boolean

If the method succeeded on output returns the internet conictivity state.

If the Connected is True, the network is connected to the internet; if the Connected is False, it is not.

Int32
If the function succeeded the return value is WCL_E_SUCCESS. Otherwise the method returns one of the WCL error codes.
