UInt32
The connection timeout value in milliseconds. The default value is 10000 milliseconds.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
wclEConnectionActive	The exception raises if an application changes the property when the connection is active.
wclEInvalidArgument	The exception raises if the new timeout value is 0.
