Devices ListwclSerialDevice: If the method completed with success on output contains array of found serial devices. If no serial device were found the method sets this parameter to null.

Int32
If the method completed with success the return value is WCL_E_SUCCESS. Otherwise the method returns one of the WCL error codes.
