Parameters

Data  Byte
A pointer to a data buffer that should be sent to a connected device.
Written  UInt32
The amount of bytes actually written to a device.

Return Value

Int32
If the method completed with success the return value is WCL_E_SUCCESS. Otherwise the method returns one of the WCL error codes.
