Sends a data to a connected device.

Data Byte: A pointer to a data buffer that should be sent to a connected device.
Written UInt32: The amount of bytes actually written to a device.

Int32
If the method completed with success the return value is WCL_E_SUCCESS. Otherwise the method returns one of the WCL error codes.

Remarks

The write operation is synchronous.
