Parameters

Event wclAutoResetEvent: The disconnect event object.

Return Value

Int32
If the method completed with success the return value is WCL_E_SUCCESS. Otherwise the method returns one of the WCL error codes.

Remarks

A derived classe must override this method to provide a hardware-dependent implementation that exchanges data with a remote device. The method implementation must monitor the Event parameter state. The Event parameter is set to a signaled state if the Disconnect method was called and the method must terminate the communication.
