TwclMobileHotspot.Open Method

Opens the Mobile Hotspot API and initializes the component.

Return Value

Type: Integer

If the function succeed the return value is wclErrors.WCL_E_SUCCESS. Otherwise the method returns one of the WCL error codes.

The method does not change current Mobile Hotspot state. The method simple initializes the Mobile Hotspot API.
