TwclClientConnection.HalDisconnect Method
Implements a hardware-dependent code that disconnects from the connected remote device.

Return Value
Type: Integer
If the function succeed the return value is wclErrors.WCL_E_SUCCESS. Otherwise the method returns one of the WCL error codes.
The method is called only if a connection to a remote
device was established with success (the Connect method was
success).
The method will not be called if the connection to the remote
device was terminated in the middle of the HalConnect
method.
